Description
Great studio for holidays in Praia do Vau, with balcony and sea view on the 5th floor. Sun exposure to the West and located just 500 meters from the sandy beach of Praia do Vau.
Composed of entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, DELTA coffee machine and dishwasher, living room with sofa bed and double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)
Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV (MEO FIBRA) and high speed WI-FI.
A supermarket and several restaurants are located a short distance from the apartment.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
The counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
