Description
Spectacular studio for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial river and pool view, located in a private condominium with pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 metres from Praia da Rocha beach.
Property comprises: entrance with single bed and wardrobe, living room with kitchenette, double bed, 1 sofa in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (hot and cold), 1 bathroom with spacious shower and hydromassage column, TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit.
