Description
Wonderful vacation studio with a view of the Praia da Rocha sea, fully furnished and equipped.
Less than a minute from the beach, whether you believe it or not, you will only need to leave the building and you will already have access to the Beach!
Property composed of: entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed, and bathroom, with air conditioning (cold and hot) and WI-FI Internet (HIGH-SPEED FIBER) and TV (SMART TV) in the living room (Portuguese MEO system).
You can enjoy this wonderful sea view from the accommodation's balcony, taking advantage of the table and chairs to appreciate the moment and relax.
The accommodation offers a private parking space (outdoors) next to the building.
NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or older, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water and electricity consumption expenses are within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
The counts are removed at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:
EN: Electricity - 100 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.
