Description
Modern holiday studio at Praia da Rocha, with partial river view and pool, located in a private condominium with pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 meters from Praia da Rocha beach.
Property composed of: entrance with 2 single beds in bunk beds, living room with kitchenette, double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), 1 bathroom with shower, TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your vacation.
At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
In the building itself, there is a supermarket where you can do your vacation shopping.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or older, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water and electricity consumption expenses are within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
The counts are removed at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
