Located just 50 meters from the golden sand of Três Irmãos Beach and 55 meters from its rocky version, it allows you to enjoy the best of both scenarios. Additionally, it is 74 km from Gago Coutinho International Airport (Faro), in a quiet and privileged area, literally next to the sea.
Equipped with: Washing machine, iron, and hair dryer (for worry-free stays).
Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning/heating by heat pump (comfort in any season).
Balcony for moments of pure relaxation.
The kitchenette, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, and coffee maker — everything you need for practical and delicious meals.

NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).

TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or older, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water and electricity consumption expenses are within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
The counts are removed at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:

If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.
