Property composed of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI and balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays.

Ideal for those who want to stay close to the beach, but in a quiet area.

Parking space is random and subject to availability at the time.

Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (80€/month). Any consumption that exceeds this normal use must be paid by the guest to the agency.

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1st and March 31st — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th — from EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
