Its location is excellent because it is just a few steps from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha, in an area served by commerce and services.

Property consisting of: hall, living room with a very large balcony with wooden deck, table with chairs, ideal for relaxing with a hot tub, fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 3 bedrooms (1 suite) with built-in wardrobes, pantry and 3 bathrooms.

It also has 2 parking spaces (number 6 and 7 in basement -2) in the building's garage.

The use of a swimming cap is required when using the indoor pool.

NOTE: Only 7 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Maximum water consumption per week is 3 m3, if it exceeds it - the cost of 5 euros/m3 must be paid, based on the readings calculated at the check-out.

PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.

Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T3:350 Kwhs and 16 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
