Description
Great 2-bedroom apartment (1+1) for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial river and pool view, located in a private condominium with pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, with double glazing and electric blinds, just 80 meters from Praia da Rocha beach.
Property comprises: 2 bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (hot and cold), 1 bathroom, TV (6 channels) and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping.
NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (11/1 to 03/31) 1€ per person, per night.
Notes:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (always calculated proportionally if different from 30 days).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit.
