Description
Comprising entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI.
The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holiday.
Within walking distance of the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
The flat has a parking space in the basement of the building.
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
