Property consisting of: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 suite), a bedroom with 2 single beds and another with double bed, equipped kitchen, dining and living room, air conditioning in the entire apartment (cold and hot), 2 bathrooms, MEO TV, ultra fast FIBER Internet (500 MB), WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.

NOTE: THERE IS A PARKING SPACE IN THE BASEMENT, ENTRANCE TO THE GARAGE WITH ELEVATOR, AND THE MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS OF THE CAR MUST BE AS FOLLOWS: WIDTH - 1.8 M AND LENGTH - 4.1 METERS.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.

NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.


PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Amounts included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation: T2:250 Kwhs and 14 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
