This affordable apartment is located in the most sought after area of Praia da Rocha, a few steps from the beach and surrounded by several local attractions. Because we understand that there are guests looking for more affordable vacations and don't care about details such as noise or peculiarities of the building, we adjusted the price, making this our most basic and affordable accommodation. Despite this, the apartment is in excellent condition, completely refurbished and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.

As it is located on the main street of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, there is noise until late. The apartment has double glazing to minimize the impact of sound and provide greater comfort, but depending on the sensitivity of each guest, there may be some perceptible noise inside.

When making the reservation, the guest recognizes and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, since these are already reflected in the reduced rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations are not possible due to these issues.

If you are looking for a practical and well-located option, without worrying about small details, this may be the ideal choice for your stay.

NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and infants).


- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
