1 bedroom apartment for holidays in the 1st line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and decorated again, just 20 meters from the beach and even in the area of bars and nightclubs.
Property consisting of: 1 bedroom with 1 double beds, kitchen, living room with 2 sofa bed (2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed), air conditioning in the whole apartment (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your Vacation.
A parking space in the building's garage, subject to availability, with no defined place (Contact the agency).

Near the flat there are lots of bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc... (there might be some noise).
"We are not responsible for noise (sound) coming from discos and bars, as the flat is located in the street of the bars and discos of this city and this type of situation is completely alien to the accommodation."

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

-Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
