Description
T1 apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha fully furnished and equipped. Sea view and only 40 m from the beach.
Property consisting of: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning (hot and cold) in the entire apartment, equipped kitchenette.
Living room and bedroom with balcony - Sea view.
WI-FI Internet and TV (MEO Fibra system).
Random parking space subject to availability at the time of Check-In.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
