Description
Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, located in a private condominium, furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 70 metres from the beach.
Property composed of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV, with SporTV and WI-FI, to enjoy your holidays.
The living room television has a Sport TV and DAZN (Eleven Sports) subscription.
A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, a pharmacy, commercial areas, etc.
NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific booking period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this apartament - and it was a good stay! Cleanliness and equipment are TOP - there is just everything one may need. The accommodation is comfy and balanced (no particular "flops"). All in all is just fine!
