This bright and comfortable apartment is the perfect choice for families and couples looking for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Located a few steps from Praia da Rocha beach, this space offers a view of the sea.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, providing accommodation for up to 4 people. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The unit also has 1 full bathroom with a bath.
In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, ultra fast Wi-Fi and cable TV (MEO FIBRA), ensuring your comfort all year round. There's also a private balcony with ocean views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Atlantic breeze.
The complex's facilities include 2 shared pools, one of them indoor, and a children's play area. You can also enjoy a barbecue area in the private garden. The property has private parking in the garage.

PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
