Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi internet and TV. There is also a private balcony with a sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Atlantic breeze.

NOTE: Only 4 people (including adults, children and babies) are allowed.

- A €400 security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer payment. The security deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1 and March 31 - €1 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is €7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1 and October 30 - €2 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is €14 per guest.

- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
Readings are taken upon arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit.
