Description
Two bedroom apartment with sea view, for holidays in Praia da Rocha, located in a private condominium, fully furnished and equipped, just 50 meters from the beach and with a swimming pool.
Property consisting of: 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and another with double bed, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, air conditioning throughout the apartment (hot and cold), bathroom, MEO TV, FIBRA Internet and satellite TV, WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Amounts included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation: T2:250 Kwhs and 14 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.

O apartamento é muito agradével. A decoração é fantástica e está muito bem equipado. A cozinha tem de tudo, muito prático o fato de ter tv na sala e nos 2 quartos. A localização é otima, o fato de estar na ª linha da praia é otimo, pois está a 2 minusee more
