The apartment has free parking in the condominium subject to availability.

The apartment is located in the Prainha Tourist Village, on a 2nd floor without elevator, located next to the sea, it extends for 35 ha over the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Três Irmãos Beach, with small sets of apartments and villas, among gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive access for pedestrians. This is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

For the little ones, we have two parks: one next to Prainha Clube and the other in the M&N area of the village.

Atlantic Pool
Located on the top of the cliff, with an incredible view of the ocean, available from April to October (sun loungers and parasols with extra cost).

Prainha Clube Pools
Two outdoor pools - one for adults and one for children - with gardens and a snack bar next to it.

M&N Pools
Pool for adults and children in the M&N zone, available from April to October.

Restaurants
Choose from four restaurants, including the seasonal Snack Bar Piscina Atlântica and the Bar Caniço Restaurant.

The surrounding area is quiet, close to the best golf courses in the region and just 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1st and March 31st — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1st and October 30th — from EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
