The apartment is located in the Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, on the 2nd floor without a lift, located next to the sea, extending over 35 ha on the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small sets of apartments and villas, among gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive access for pedestrians. This is the ideal place for a relaxing family or friends holiday.

3 Playing Fields
Take advantage of our tennis and padel courts (both with an extra cost), as well as a multi-game field. Hourly rental, with recommended pre-booking.

2 Playgrounds
For the little ones, we have two playgrounds: one next to the Prainha Clube and another in the M&N area of the resort.

Atlantic Pool
Located at the top of the cliff, with an incredible view of the ocean, available from April to October (sun loungers and parasols at an extra cost).

Prainha Clube Pools
Two outdoor pools - one for adults and one for children - with gardens and a snack bar next door.

M&N Pools
Adult and children's pool in the M&N area, available from April to October.

Restaurants
Choose from four restaurants, including the seasonal Atlantic Pool Snack Bar and the Caniço Restaurant Bar.

Supermarket
Open daily from 8am to 8pm, for greater convenience.

The surrounding area is quiet, is close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

NOTE: Only 4 people (including adults, children and babies) are allowed.

- A deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of November 1 and March 31 - EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of April 1 and October 30 - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- The costs of water, electricity and gas (if applicable) consumption are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (EUR 60 for a 30-day booking).
The readings are taken upon arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit amount.
